The Venue and This Site

The site describes our venue, our packages and what's included. Photos, descriptions, availability and prices can change without notice. Nothing on the site is a booking or a quote until it is confirmed in writing by us.

Tours

Tours are by appointment. Sending a tour request doesn't reserve a time or a date: a member of our team will contact you to confirm.

Bookings, Payments and Cancellations

A date is booked only when you sign our Venue Event Agreement and pay the deposit it calls for. That agreement governs your event. In summary:

• Your deposit is non-refundable.
• Payments are due on the schedule in your agreement, and late payments may carry the fees it sets out.
• Cancellations must be made in writing. How much of what you have paid is kept depends on how far ahead of your date you cancel, as set out in your agreement.
• Postponing your date is subject to the notice, fees and limits in your agreement.
• If you pay by card or bank transfer, you authorize the charges described in your agreement.

If anything here differs from your signed agreement, the agreement wins.

Planning Tools and Private Links

Our 3D planner and the planning pages we send you are for planning only. Layouts, capacities and placements are confirmed with our team before your event. Private links to your planning page, contract or negotiation room are for you and the people you choose to share them with; please keep them private. If you upload files, you confirm you have the right to share them, and we may remove anything unsafe or inappropriate.

Our Content

The photos, videos, text and logos on this site belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or sell our content without our written permission.

Using the Site

Please don't misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempts to interfere with how it works or to reach areas you aren't authorized to use, and no automated collection of its content or of anyone's information.

Links to Other Sites

We link to sites we don't control, such as social media and our vendors. We aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site and aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law or under your signed agreement with us.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
