Set amongst 70 acres of historic farmland in the rolling hills of Fairview, Tennessee, The View at Anderson Farm is a family estate turned elevated wedding venue, just beyond the edge of Nashville. The bountiful farmland The View at Anderson Farms sits upon has been in the same family for generations, originally developed in the 1950s by Allen Anderson. Today, his grandson Derek McFarlin has carefully restored the original structures and reimagined the land into a timeless space for modern celebrations.
Guiding the artistic vision of the property is Derek’s wife, Olia Zavozina, an internationally recognized bridal designer whose gowns have been worn by celebrities, public figures, and brides across the world. With nearly two decades of experience in fashion and an established showroom in Nashville, Olia brings a distinctive point of view—one that favors elegance, intention, and quiet luxury. Her influence is woven into the architecture, the styling, and the overall atmosphere of the grounds.
It is a venue where natural beauty meets elevated taste and where every celebration feels like it belongs.

The Pavillion

• Accommodates up to 150 guests for a beautiful ceremony or unforgettable reception.
• At the heart of the venue is a 2,250-square-foot climate-controlled pavilion with clean lines and open-air flexibility—expandable to over 5,000 square feet of usable space. A fully renovated 1,200-square-foot bridal cottage provides a serene, light-filled retreat for pre-ceremony moments. The grounds offer a blank canvas for up to 300 guests, with endless possibilities for tented installations and fully customized event designs.

Carolyn's Cottage - Bridal Suite
• A fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, stovetop, and oven-perfect for prepping snacks or enjoying a meal while getting ready.
• A stylish and comfortable living area designed for lounging and relaxing before the big moment.
• Dedicated getting-ready stations with well-lit mirrors, ensuring flawless final touches.
• A built-in wine cooler in the getting-ready room for celebratory sips with your bridal party.
• Two spacious bathrooms for convenience and ease.
• A charming back porch, offering a peaceful retreat to soak in the moment.
Groom's Cabin
• A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, and oven-ideal for prepping snacks, sharing a meal, or enjoying a laid-back morning before the big day.
